Each bounce house is thoroughly cleaned after each event prior to breakdown. We use Clorox disinfecting and sanitizing mist on the inside and outside of the bouncer to kill potential viruses like Covid-19. In addition, the bouncer is wiped down with disinfectant as it is being rolled up for storage.
If your event does not have access to a power source or standard outlet, we have the ability to provide a generator. If a generator is required, a $80.00 fee will be added to the final invoice.
We can setup almost anywhere. However, there are some places where it just isn't worth the risk to either bouncer or bounce house. Sharp rocks and debris must be removed from the setup location and the surface area must be large enough to allow both bounce house and room to walk around it. Cannot be set up under trees, cable, wire, etc. less than 15' from the ground. 16' x 16' x 16' is usually the sweet spot. If you have concerns on your setup location, please reach out.
Yes they do. However, there may be additional costs depending on the location and distance traveled.
This is dependent on the volume of rentals for the day. We strive to set up at minimum a half hour before the event time. However, there are some instances where we will need to set up as far as 3 hours in advance. These hours are not billed should this be the case, and a representative will reach out at minimum 3 days prior to the event to coordinate.
The blower needs to be plugged in the entire time. If this in unplugged the bounce house will deflate very quickly. There are various events (usually weather related) that would call for the need to disconnect the blower. These are outlined in the event contract.
